We hold a vast stock with quick release and bolted cover options. The single strainer basket is constructed from perforated plate and lined with a mesh wirecloth for finer filtration when required. It is an economical type of strainer used in commissioning or permanent applications, suitable for mounting in horizontal &amp; vertical pipelines. Normally supplied with BW-end connections, flanged-end connections can be provided upon request.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018industry-standard design\u2019 houses a single \u2018V\u2019 [\u2018bath-tub\u2019] sieve, which has low open area ratio (100%) and high-pressure loss. With in-house FEA, CFD &amp; live flow-testing, R&amp;D have developed world leading alternative sieve designs; \u2018W\u2019 Sieve\u00ae with 200% Open Area Ratio &amp; 35% reduction in pressure loss and Treble-Vee\u00ae Sieve with 350% Open Area Ratio &amp; 50% reduction in pressure loss. These sieves provides higher dirt holding capacity and extended service life and can be retrofitted into existing plants where pressure loss or frequent blockage is an issue.
