The Mono-In-Line Basket Strainer contains a single strainer basket for particle removal in permanent applications, suitable for mounting in horizontal pipelines and available with quick release or bolted cover options.
Our standard design is of cast construction. We hold a vast stock with quick release and bolted cover options. The single strainer basket is constructed from perforated plate and lined with a mesh wirecloth for finer filtration when required. Our standard design has larger filter area than most models available on the market, giving higher dirt holding and longer service life between cleaning cycles.

The T-Type strainer is a fabricated device comprising an equal tee fitting with weld neck and blind flange connected to the branch. It is an economical type of strainer used in commissioning or permanent applications, suitable for mounting in horizontal & vertical pipelines. Normally supplied with BW-end connections, flanged-end connections can be provided upon request.
The ‘industry-standard design’ houses a single ‘V’ [‘bath-tub’] sieve, which has low open area ratio (100%) and high-pressure loss. With in-house FEA, CFD & live flow-testing, R&D have developed world leading alternative sieve designs; ‘W’ Sieve® with 200% Open Area Ratio & 35% reduction in pressure loss and Treble-Vee® Sieve with 350% Open Area Ratio & 50% reduction in pressure loss. These sieves provides higher dirt holding capacity and extended service life and can be retrofitted into existing plants where pressure loss or frequent blockage is an issue.
